Dado que los precios de la electricidad aumentarán mañana, 30 de septiembre, y alcanzarán el nivel más alto alcanzado la semana pasada, los clientes con tarifas reguladas deberán considerar tarifas por hora para maximizar el ahorro en sus facturas de energía.

El próximo lunes es el día en el que el precio medio de la electricidad en el mercado mayorista, sumando entonces otras tarifas, se duplica respecto al día anterior. Como resultado, los precios medios de la electricidad se mantuvieron cerca de los 88 euros por megavatio hora (MWh), pero aún lejos de los precios observados a principios de semana.
Precio horario de la electricidad a 30 de septiembre (OMIE)
El próximo lunes 30 de septiembre los precios de la electricidad aumentarán un 101% respecto al domingo de hoy, hasta una media de 87,85 EUR/MWh. El precio máximo se alcanzará entre las 20 y las 21 horas y ascenderá a 176,21 EUR/MWh. A cambio, el precio mínimo será de 2,4 EUR/MWh y se aplicará de 15 a 16 horas, según el Operador del Mercado Ibérico de la Energía (OMIE). De 00:00 a 01:00: 80,35 euros/MWh.

- De 11 a 12 horas: 47,77 euros/MWh.
- De 12:00 a 13:00 horas: 29,21 euros/MWh.
- De 13:00 a 14:00 horas: 25,2 euros/MWh.
- De 14:00 a 15:00: 10 euros/MWh.
- De 15:00 a 16:00 horas: 2,4 euros/MWh.
- De 16:00 a 17:00 horas: 18,2 euros/MWh.
- De 17.00 a 18.00 horas: 49,54 euros/MWh.

¿Cómo se genera una factura de luz?
Sin embargo, además de estos precios, cabe señalar que en las facturas de clientes reguladas por el mercado, el Precio Voluntario para Pequeños Clientes (PVPC) se calcula cuando se agota el consumo energético y se realizan cambios de hora de fila.
Por tanto, el mundo nunca es “libre”. Éste, a su vez, incluye el “precio total”, los peajes y otros servicios necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento de la instalación eléctrica. Además, los ingresos incluyen otros conceptos como capacidad contractual, impuestos (por ejemplo, IVA) y alquiler de equipos.
En última instancia, el coste es algo a tener en cuenta a la hora de intentar ahorrar dinero y elegir los momentos más baratos para utilizar los electrodomésticos que utiliza con más frecuencia, como lavadoras, aires acondicionados o lavavajillas. Por tanto, el precio de la electricidad consumida (concepto energético) en la tarifa regulada depende de una serie de factores, por lo que nunca puede ser gratuita, aunque el precio en el mercado mayorista sea de 0 euros la hora.
¿Cuándo entrará en vigor las nuevas medidas?
A partir del 1 de enero de 2024 entrará en vigor una nueva estructura de cálculo del PVPC, que indexa para adelantar el precio de mercado y limita su volatilidad, lo que incide en el cálculo de la intensidad energética de la tarifa prescrita. Esta curva de precios horarios es el resultado de sumar el costo de producción de energía (“pool”), los cargos de transporte y distribución, y los cargos correspondientes a la energía consumida.
A su vez, los costes de producción incluyen los precios horarios obtenidos del mercado eléctrico diario publicado por el Operador del Mercado Ibérico de la Electricidad (OMIE). Además, estos precios incluyen el coste de los servicios de configuración gestionados por Red Eléctrica como operador del sistema, además de otros conceptos previstos en la normativa aplicable.
