Con el otorgamiento de asilo a Edmundo González por parte de España, el gobierno venezolano ha congelado relaciones con el país. De esta forma, las inversiones de Repsol en Venezuela quedan en vilo de las relaciones comerciales entre países. Repsol tiene más de 30 años de operaciones en Venezuela, específicamente en participación petrolera. En este orden de ideas, en mayo de este año habría obtenido autorización para participar en 40% de los campos petrolíferos de La Ceiba y Tomoporro. Con ello, alcanza una exposición patrimonial en dicho país, por el orden de los 259 millones de euros. Así mismo, mantiene créditos por 800 millones de euros con la estatal petrolera PDVSA. Teniendo así una cifra superior a los 1.000 millones en riesgo en caso de profundizarse la crisis entre países.
No obstante, el gobierno venezolano ha mantenido reuniones con el director de la unidad de negocios de Repsol en Venezuela, Luis Antonio Garcia. Con el objetivo de sentar bases para nuevas alianzas. Quedando el sector petrolero excluido del conflicto. Cabe destacar que el petróleo representa el 88,6% de la importaciones desde el país caribeño, según el informe del ICEX. Alcanzando un valor de 500 millones de euros en 2023.
Acuerdo sin precedentes entre Repsol y Omoda & Jaecoo
Este viernes, la energética ha firmado acuerdo con empresas del grupo Chery International. Entre sus objetivos principales destaca el avance hacia la descarbonización. El acuerdo incluye la solución integral de recarga eléctrica. Además de la posibilidad de electrificar los concesionarios y sedes mediante fuentes 100% renovables. Con esta alianza, ambas empresas apuntan a la consolidación de los coches chinos en el mercado español.
Esta alianza se da en medio de la colocación de aranceles por parte de la UE. Los vehículos eléctricos chinos pagan hasta un 36,3% según la marca para ingresar al mercado europeo. Sin embargo, España ha mostrado su posición al respecto. Solicitando la revisión de los aranceles, indicando que una guerra comercial con China, perjudicaría los indicadores españoles. En virtud de las exportaciones que se realizan al gigante asiático.
Las calificadoras recomiendan mantener a Repsol entre las opciones de los inversores
A pesar de lo convulsionado del mercado petrolero y las negociaciones en países como Venezuela y China, Repsol sigue siendo favorita. JP Morgan recorta su precio, pero la mantiene en recomendaciones de compra. Actualmente tiene un valor de 11,86 por acción y ha alcanzado un máximo de 15,67 en los últimos 12 meses. Unido a los dividendos de 0,90 para 2024 y 0,99 estimado para 2025. Con esto el beneficio por acción se ubica en 3,14 para este año.
Por su parte los especialistas recomiendan sobreponderar el precio objetivo entre los 13 y los 17 euros. La compañía mantiene un EBITDA de 9.167,00 en lo que va de 2024. Adicionalmente, Repsol cuenta con PER de 4,88 con el que respaldar la confianza de los inversores. De esta forma los insiders vienen realizando compras de esta compañía. Manteniendo cautela y permaneciendo atentos a los movimientos del mercado. Con la expectativa colocada en los dividendos a largo plazo.
