La satisfacción laboral, ¿es sinónimo de estabilidad en el empleo? Un reciente estudio arroja luz sobre una aparente contradicción: Si bien una gran parte de los trabajadores españoles se declara satisfechos con su puesto actual, muchos también admiten estar abiertos a nuevas oportunidades.
Factores para la fuga del talento en España
A primera vista, el panorama laboral español parece prometedor. Según el último informe de Infoempleo y Grupo Adecco, basado en las opiniones de más de 1.300 personas, tanto empleadas como desempleadas en España 2023… Un 64% de los trabajadores españoles se declara satisfecho con su puesto actual.
Sin embargo, un análisis más profundo revela una realidad más compleja. Dos tercios de los empleados consultados admiten que abandonarían su empleo si no se cumplieran ciertas condiciones laborales. Este dato sugiere una aparente contradicción entre la satisfacción general y la disposición a cambiar de trabajo si las circunstancias no son las adecuadas.
Aunque el 64% de los encuestados expresó satisfacción con su empleo actual, existe una aparente contradicción: Una proporción considerable de estos mismos trabajadores busca activamente mejorar sus condiciones laborales en otros puestos. Este dato, que ha experimentado un aumento del 16% respecto a 2022, revela una búsqueda constante de oportunidades más beneficiosas.
Las condiciones laborales también juegan un papel crucial en la decisión de los empleados de permanecer en sus puestos. Según el estudio, solo un 18% se muestra completamente apegado a su empleo actual.
Asimismo, las razones que llevan a los encuestados a buscar un nuevo empleo son variadas. Un 15% lo hace por considerar que sus condiciones laborales actuales son negativas, mientras que otro 7% se encuentra en la búsqueda debido a la inminente finalización de su contrato.
Pero, lo más llamativo del estudio es el alto porcentaje de trabajadores, un 80%, que se encuentran en la búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades laborales.
¿Qué priorizan los trabajadores en un nuevo empleo?
A la hora de buscar un nuevo empleo, los trabajadores priorizan una combinación de factores. Desde la conciliación laboral, el crecimiento profesional, un buen ambiente de trabajo, horarios flexibles, hasta la estabilidad laboral que ofrecen los contratos indefinidos.
Pero, quizás uno de los factores más importantes en la actualidad corresponda a la posibilidad de hacer teletrabajo. Y es que, la demanda ha aumentado significativamente, pasando de un 10,61% en 2022 al 14,49% actual.
Además, cabe resaltar que, los trabajadores suelen enfatizar en que la falta de oportunidades de formación, limita el crecimiento profesional. En este sentido, los encuestados exaltan la necesidad de programas de formación para priorizar su empleo.
Es así como, el 45% de los empleados encuestados declara no haber recibido ningún tipo de capacitación en el último año. Y el 22% solo ha asistido a cursos obligatorios, como los de prevención de riesgos. Sorprendentemente, solo un 6% de los encuestados asegura que su empresa les ha proporcionado la formación que ellos mismos han solicitado.
Influencia de los jefes en la permanencia del empleo
El liderazgo juega un papel crucial en la retención del talento. De hecho, se ha demostrado que un mal jefe puede ser el detonante para que casi el 78% de los empleados decidan buscar nuevas oportunidades laborales.
Al evaluar a un buen jefe, la mayoría del 76% busca un líder con conocimientos especializados. Mientras que un 36% también valora que tenga una formación de cultura general. Esto sugiere que los empleados buscan gerentes que no solo sean expertos en su campo, sino que también tengan una visión más holística.
También es cierto que, los empleados valoran un perfil completo en sus líderes, buscando no solo conocimientos técnicos en un 32%, sino también dominio de idiomas en un 11% de preferencia.
Ahora bien, cuando se trata de habilidades sociales, los empleados buscan un líder que fomente el trabajo en equipo en un 55%. Aunque el 42% de los encuestados prefiere que los jefes sean organizados y planificados.
Y solo el 36% admite que la comunicación de manera efectiva es lo más importante. Mientras que, la valoración de honestidad, y ética profesional es escogido por el 20% de los encuestados, cuando el 15% prefiere la visión estratégica y el 10% la empatía.
96% sigue buscando: Desempleados persistentes
El mismo estudio realizado por Infoempleo y Grupo Adecco, ha demostrado que a pesar de las dificultades, el 96% de los desempleados no se rinde y continúa su búsqueda de empleo de manera activa. De hecho, un 20% admite enviar más de 100 solicitudes de empleo al año.
Aunque solo el 37% recibe ofertas que les interesan, el 73% de los desempleados las acepta, lo que refleja la necesidad de encontrar empleo.
También es importante mencionar que, un alto índice del 39% de los encuestados considera que el SEPE debería ofrecer más apoyo en su búsqueda de empleo. Mientras que un 34% demanda una mayor comprensión de los nuevos procesos de selección.
