- Grifols lidera los mercados con un alza del 3,88%.
- INDITEX se mantiene en alza y se apunta a un nuevo récord
- La FED publica las actas y mantiene el tipo de interés
Luego de la caída del 0,13% el día martes, el Índice Madrileño se recupera. Aunque inició la jornada con poca confianza y leves movimientos, generó ganancias al final del día. Una subida de 0,24% con la que alcanza nuevamente el piso de 11.100. Es así como acumuló el.dia de hoy una ganancia de 27,1 puntos, para llegar a los 11.114,9. Acumulando de esta manera una subida del 10,03% en lo que va de año.
A pesar de haber arrancado en plano, algunos movimientos le han hecho recuperarse. Debido a las expectativas por las actas de la reserva federal y los mercados estadounidenses, el IBEX se mostró estable desde el inicio. No obstante, tras media jornada el IBEX inició sus movimientos impulsado fundamentalmente por tres factores:
- La recuperación de los bancos
- La apertura en alza de la bolsa norteamericana.
- La subida de los grandes valores.
Grifols a la vanguardia de las ganancias
Las acciones de esta multinacional llegaron este miércoles a los 9,44 euros, su máximo desde el 12 de julio. A pesar de ello, cerraron con un valor de 9,22, lo cual representa una subida de 3,88%. De esta manera mantuvieron su tendencia alcista.
Cabe destacar que Grifols viene en alza a partir de que se conociera la intención del fondo Brookfield de refinanciar la deuda. Todo esto de cara a la OPA de exclusión planteada junto a sus accionistas. La deuda de Grifols que ronda los 9.500 millones de euros es el eslabón débil en las negociaciones con Brookfield. Es por ello, que este último ha solicitado a los bancos el refinanciamiento como estrategia de protección ante los acreedores.
INDITEX lider en la valoración de sus acciones
Entre los factores determinantes para la subida del IBEX 35 al cierre de este miércoles estuvo el alza de INDITEX. La textilera española marca un hito histórico por segundo día consecutivo al alcanzar una valorización de 151.190 millones de euros. Este nuevo máximo se traza con una subida de 0,769% que ubica el precio de la acción en 48,51. De esta manera INDITEX refuerza su confianza y continua contando con las recomendaciones de compra por parte de los analistas.
Adicionalmente, este miércoles destacaron Acerinox con una subida de 1,48% y ArcelorMittal con 1,61% de incremento. Por el contrario las acciones de Solaria y Acciona se ubicaron a la baja por 1,93% y 1,22% respectivamente. Marcando finalmente el movimiento del IBEX de la jornada.
La Reserva Federal publica y detiene las expectativas de los mercados
Los mercados se mantuvieron expectantes debido a la publicación de las actas de la FED, donde se desvela las acciones respecto al tipo de interés.
Aunque, según palabras de Jerome Powell el encuentro contó con numerosos miembros a favor de la bajada de los tipos, al final se decidió por esperar a alcanzar mayor confianza. No obstante, continúan observando los indicadores de inflación y desempleo como factores generadores de una bajada de los tipos de interés.
Por todo ello, el IBEX tuvo una jornada estable que concluye positivamente. Ubicando al índice español nuevamente por encima de los 11.100.
