Detalles de las subvenciones y préstamos europeos para pymes: Cómo se distribuirán los fondos
El Gobierno de Pedro Sánchez ha desglosado con precisión cómo se utilizarán los fondos para las pymes, con el objetivo de modernizar el sector empresarial y la industria española. En primera instancia, compartió el manejo exacto de las subvenciones:
- 1.380 millones de euros estarán destinados a subvenciones del programa Red.es, que impulsa la digitalización de pequeñas empresas, ayudándoles a ser más competitivas en el entorno digital.
- 3.000 millones de euros irán a los PERTE (Proyectos Estratégicos para la Recuperación y Transformación Económica), que buscan modernizar sectores clave como la automoción y el hidrógeno verde?.
- 630 millones serán gestionados a través de la Compañía Española de Refianzamiento (CERSA), proporcionando garantías a las pymes para facilitar el acceso a financiamiento.
Por otro lado, los préstamos se dividen de la siguiente manera:
- 30.000 millones de euros estarán disponibles a través de las líneas ICO Verde e ICO Empresas y Emprendedores, destinadas a financiar proyectos ecológicos y sostenibles.
- 16.400 millones de euros provendrán de la Sociedad Estatal para la Transformación Tecnológica (SETT), con un enfoque particular en tecnologías emergentes como los chips y el audiovisual, a través de programas como el PERTE Chip y el Fondo Next Tech?.
De la mano de tal estrategia, el gobierno pretende asegurar que las pymes, las cuales representan un 35% del total de los fondos europeos destinados a la recuperación, puedan adaptarse a las demandas del futuro.
Impacto del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia en las pymes
El anuncio del plan es una oportunidad para el crecimiento y la transformación de las pequeñas y medianas empresas. Particularmente, es un sector que ha sido duramente afectado por la pandemia y los cambios económicos recientes.
Técnicamente hablando, las pymes constituyen más del 99% del tejido empresarial en España y son el eje central de la economía nacional. Hasta ahora, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, 528.800 pymes han recibido algún tipo de financiación de uno o varios programas.
Aparte, con estas ayudas, se espera que más de 500.000 pequeñas y medianas empresas puedan acceder a recursos vitales para modernizar sus operaciones y adaptarse a las exigencias de la transición ecológica?.
Vale aclarar que el impacto de este paquete financiero es doble. Por un lado, las subvenciones ayudan a aliviar las cargas financieras directas de las pymes y la inflación general. De ese modo, les permite realizar inversiones clave sin necesidad de endeudarse.
Por otro lado, los préstamos europeos, con condiciones ventajosas y facilidades de acceso, les proporcionan capital de primera línea. Como resultado, podrán financiar proyectos de expansión, innovación y sostenibilidad.
Cómo acceder a las ayudas, subvenciones y préstamos
El proceso para acceder a las subvenciones y préstamos para pymes ha sido simplificado para que un mayor número de usuarios puedan beneficiarse.
- Registro en plataformas oficiales: portales del Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO) y Red.es, encargados de gestionar gran parte de las subvenciones y préstamos.
- Presentación de un plan de viabilidad: demostración de cómo utilizarán los fondos para proyectos de innovación o sostenibilidad. Esto incluye planes detallados sobre la digitalización, la adopción de tecnologías verdes o expansión.
- Cumplimiento de criterios ecológicos y tecnológicos: algunas de las líneas de crédito y subvenciones, como las del PERTE o las del Fondo Next Tech, requieren que las pymes presenten proyectos alineados con la transición verde y la transformación digital.
