Perspectivas conservadoras de otros analistas
Por su parte, Berenberg ha ajustado su precio objetivo a 12,3 euros, por debajo del nivel actual de cotización. Esta estimación es más conservadora en comparación con otras, aunque sigue mostrando confianza en la estabilidad de la acción. En general, el consenso de los analistas recopilado por Bloomberg sitúa el precio objetivo de Iberdrola a 12 meses en 13,24 euros por acción.
Comparativa con Inditex y la nueva incursión en centros de datos
Los recientes máximos de Iberdrola coinciden con los buenos resultados de Inditex, que tras publicar sus cuentas semestrales vio una subida significativa de su valor bursátil. Mientras Inditex ya roza los 159.000 millones de euros de capitalización, Iberdrola alcanza los 87.000 millones, con un crecimiento del 15,4% en lo que va de año.
Iberdrola avanza en su diversificación con su entrada en el negocio de centros de datos a través de la creación de la sociedad CPD4Green. Esta joint venture contará con la participación de un socio financiero que aportará los 2.000 millones de euros necesarios para poner en marcha los activos. Se espera que este nuevo proyecto genere entre 150 y 250 millones de euros de EBITDA anual.
Alta rentabilidad esperada
UBS destaca que la rentabilidad interna de los proyectos de centros de datos superará los dos dígitos, situándose por encima de los activos renovables convencionales. Uno de los proyectos clave es Madrid Sur, con una conexión eléctrica de 200 MW y una operación comercial prevista para 2028.
